Yoga comes in many forms.  

Yoga extends far beyond asana, the conscious physical movement on the mat. From Pranayama (breathwork) and lilas (play) to seva (acts of selfless service) and kirtan (devotional call and response chanting) to the creation of art and music - all is yoga. Connective Elements Healing recognizes these forms of yoga as foundational elements of healing and expressions inviting your evolution to your highest self.

Yoga is an experiential process that enriches your life, emphasizes perspective and promotes living in the present moment.     

Yoga serves to transform your life. Fire, the most transformative of the elements, lives within each of us. The fire of yoga, through regular practice in all its forms, transmutes you to your highest potential, allowing the realization of your true divine being.
